Meet the Author

Hi, I’m Jen.

I don’t always remember dates.

I don’t always remember what someone was wearing.

But I can tell you exactly how a moment felt.

That’s how I’ve always moved through the world.

Beautifully Ordinary is my collection of those moments — the ones I never wanted to forget. Some happened on mountaintops. Others happened on an ordinary Tuesday in my backyard, dog at my feet, sourdough proofing on the counter. Every one of them has shaped the way I see the world.

I hope these stories help you notice the beauty in yours — the ones you’d miss if you moved for just one second.
